Why does the US president give this advantage to Russian terrorists?

Russia attacks Ukraine with North Korean missiles but Biden vetoes a counterattack by Ukraine

In recent hours, Putin has once again taken advantage of Joe Biden's incomprehensible veto of Ukraine, launching new terrorist attacks.

Biden's veto allows Putin to launch massive attack on Ukrainian cities
1,940 Russian attacks on medical facilities in Ukraine: how many have protested?

Yesterday, Russia attacked Poltava with ballistic missiles, killing 51 people and injuring over 270. Last night, Russia again attacked Ukrainian civilians, this time firing drones and missiles at Lviv and Kryvyi Rih. In Lviv, 7 civilians were killed and 64 injured. Among those killed was a 7-year-old girl, Emilia Bazylevych, who was killed in her home along with her 43-year-old mother, Yevhenia, and her two sisters, Yaryna, 21, and Daryna, 18.

As has happened before, Russia launches these attacks from Russian territory, specifically from a strip of territory that Ukraine could reach with the long-range ATACMS missiles that were supplied by the United States. However, instead of shooting down the archer, Ukraine has to settle for trying to shoot down the arrows because Biden has vetoed the use of these missiles against Russian territory. Russia is taking advantage of this veto to launch these terrorist attacks against the Ukrainian civilian population, including children.

As Biden imposes restrictions on Ukraine's attacks, Russia attacks Ukraine with Iranian-supplied drones and with North Korean-supplied missiles. The links I have put in the previous sentence are not to media outlets, but to the official website of the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), so it is safe to assume that Joe Biden will be informed of the use of this foreign weaponry against the Ukrainian civilian population.

It should be noted that Ukraine has not asked at any time to be able to use American missiles against the Russian civilian population, a reciprocal response to Russian attacks with which the Ukrainian defenders could simply copy the strategy of the Allies in World War II after the German attacks against the civilian population of cities such as Warsaw, Antwerp and London. Ukraine only wants to be able to use these missiles to destroy missile and drone launch sites in Russia, missiles and drones that are being launched - I repeat - against the Ukrainian civilian population.

With his veto, Biden is allowing Russia to act with impunity and advantage in its terrorist offensive. In doing so, the US president is imposing on Ukraine limitations that he would consider unacceptable for his own country. Did the US avoid invading Afghanistan in 2001 after learning that the terrorists who attacked the Twin Towers and the Pentagon came from there? Did the US avoid attacking Japanese territory after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941?

Why is Biden imposing on Ukraine a veto that I would consider insulting if any arms supplier had imposed it on the US in the face of aggression? Why is he granting this advantage to Russian terrorists? And finally, I ask a question that has been on my mind for some time: Does Biden really want Ukraine to be able to defeat Russia, or would he prefer Putin to emerge victorious from this invasion? Biden has the opportunity to end with a shred of dignity a mandate that has been a pitiful display of weakness, a weakness that the enemies of the West took advantage of in Afghanistan and now also in Ukraine. Will he miss this opportunity?
