A rupture instigated by Von der Leyen, allied with the socialists in Brussels

Days after causing the rupture with Vox, Feijóo is trapped by his pact with the PSOE

Sometimes a politician must choose between principles and political strategy, since both can conflict.

Vox and something important that we had almost forgotten that a politician could do
The great favor of all the Spanish parties except Vox to the illegal immigration mafias

However, a politician should know that the best political strategy is to be guided by principles and not betray them (at least that is the case when one has noble principles that deserve to be defended). There are politicians who lack principles and that is why their strategies vary at the same speed as a weather vane during a storm.

Feijóo gave in to socialist demands on illegal immigration

Ignoring Vox's warnings that this decision would lead to the breakup of the regional coalition governments between that party and the Popular Party, On July 10, Alberto Núñez Feijóo announced that the communities governed by the PP would welcome 400 illegal immigrant minors (MENAs), as requested by the government of Pedro Sánchez, a government that has no intention of putting a stop to illegal immigration and that only seeks to distribute immigrants illegally through Spain instead of repatriating them to their countries of origin. Feijóo announced that decision appealing to "solidarity."

Feijóo caused the break with Vox instigated by Von der Leyen

Media related to the PP had sent the message that Vox's warnings were a bluff. However, the next day Vox announced its departure from the coalition governments with the PP, after the breakup caused by Feijóo. In this matter, the national president of the PP imposed his criteria on his regional governments, which were not in favor of giving in to these socialist demands to welcome more illegal immigrants. On July 21, a media outlet related to the PP revealed that "Brussels encouraged Feijóo to get rid of Vox". That is, Feijóo caused the break with Vox instigated by Von der Leyen, which is allied with the socialists.

The PP and its related media have dedicated themselves to demonizing Vox

After this break with Vox, the PP and its related media began a campaign of attacks on Vox, accusing this party of being unsupportive and demonizing it to infamous extremes typical of the extreme left. For example, the PP of the Canary Islands accused Vox of wanting to turn the sea into a "cemetery". In reality, Vox refuses to feed the mafia business of illegal immigration, a business that puts thousands of human beings who try to illegally access Spanish territory in serious danger. A business encouraged by the call effect generated by the support of all parties (except Vox) to a massive regularization of 500,000 illegal immigrants in April.

First there were 400 illegal immigrants to distribute, now there are 6,000

On July 13, journalist Luis del Pino made an observation about Feijóo's decision, pointing out what its most immediate consequences would be: "with what arguments will the PP oppose the next distribution of MENAs (because if these 400 are poor endearing children, the others are no less endearing 5,200 that there are in the Canary Islands, plus those that arrive new)."

The Radio Libertad journalist's prediction has not taken long to come true. Last Saturday, July 20, the PSOE stated: "6000 boys and girls are waiting in the Canary Islands for Feijóo to decide." After having obtained approval from the PP for 400 MENAs, the socialists accused Feijóo of "cruelty" for not wanting to welcome another 5,600. If Feijóo accepts, in a few weeks there will be several thousand more, and so on.

Feijóo balances, trapped by his pact with the socialists

Yesterday, in response to the accusations of the socialists, Feijóo tried to do a balancing act by stating: "Solidarity yes. Security too. For those who risk their lives arriving and for all citizens who have the right to go out peacefully on the streets. We are a nation of values and we are going to defend them no matter what they say the Government."

Feijóo has not explained if he is going to force the PP governments to welcome those 6,000 illegal immigrant minors (assuming that they are minors, since many say they are but in reality they are not). Nor has he explained how he is going to guarantee security while contributing to filling Spain with illegal immigrants who, in many cases, turn quiet towns into places where a woman or an elderly person cannot go out alone. for fear of being assaulted.

The security of millions of Spaniards, subordinated to the interests of the EPP

Thus, Feijóo has not taken even two weeks to be trapped by his pact with the PSOE for the distribution of illegal immigrants. A pact instigated by Von der Leyen, who is interested in the alliance of the European People's Party (EPP) with the socialists being transferred to each of the member countries of the European Union with the sole purpose of allowing her to continue in her position, without losing the support of her leftist allies.

In the end, by decision of Von der Leyen and Feijóo, the well-being and security of millions of Spaniards are subordinated to the partisan interests of the EPP and its pacts with the socialists, which seem to be more important than defend our borders and confront illegal immigration, a problem that in Spain reaches alarming dimensions.
